write a proposal for your needs with each project itemized. Often our
experience allows us to see better ways of doing the job than you had
anticipated. We'll put it in writing before we start the job. We'll work
together with you to draw up a written proposal for all the repairs.
We'll include the quantity, weight, color, size and name brands of
materials used when applicable. This proposal is signed by both parties before the work gets started. If we discover that any changes are needed, we'll put those changes in writing and have both of us sign the revised proposal. We can supply local references. Ask for these references to see the level of customer satisfaction with the completed work and the timeliness of the job. Be sure to ask about change orders: Were there any changes required with the work, and did the home technician willingly make the corrections? We believe you'll find we have many satisfied customers. Quick-Fix has our own skilled workers. We do not subcontract jobs out to individuals who may disappear before the job is finished. We carry workman’s compensation and liability insurance. Ask any Lawyer: If an uninsured worker injures himself on your property, then you're liable to pay for medical expenses.
